Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, including live audio interactions with monitored sites and rapid incident resolution. You will verify alarms, oversee video monitoring, and escalate as needed while maintaining clear communication with customers and emergency services.

The role requires 3-level responsibility growth, on-site work, and a focus on de-escalation and decisive action in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service, call center, dispatch, or security experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Respond to alarms and dispatch emergency services as needed.
• Answer inbound calls and resolve security inquiries.
• Document interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
