Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage live security events from our security operations center. You will verify alarms, perform video verification, and coordinate rapid interventions with monitored sites using two-way audio/video systems.

The role requires calm, authoritative communication, de-escalation when needed, and real-time decision making across Level 1–3 responsibilities. Starting pay is $22/hour with shift differentials and full benefits from Day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years in customer service, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and act decisively.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during opening/closing.
• Communicate with locations via two-way audio/video systems.
• Respond to alarm signals and verify their validity.
• Provide life safety dispatch to emergency services.
• Document interactions and generate incident reports.
