Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events with live audio interactions at monitored sites. You will verify alarms, de-escalate incidents, and coordinate with customers and emergency services in a fast-paced security operations center.

The role builds on Level 1 and 2 responsibilities, offering increased authority and responsibility within a technology-driven environment. Requires strong communication and decision-making under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/ virtual tours of customer locations, observing for vulnerabilities and unusual activity.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Receive and respond to alarm signals, verify validity, and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Provide live two-way audio interactions to de-escalate incidents and enforce safety.
• Document all interactions and generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
