Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, conduct live audio interactions with monitored sites, verify alarms, and de-escalate threats within a fast‑paced, 24/7 security operations environment.

This on-site role offers shift-based pay differentials, day‑one benefits, training, and a path to higher responsibility as you document actions, coordinate with emergency services, and deliver clear communications to customers and teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide security monitoring and live interaction across three levels of responsibility.
• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video systems.
• Notify emergency services when required.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record.
• Generate reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
