Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to monitor and respond to security events in real time. You will manage live audio/video interactions, de-escalate threats, and coordinate with customers and emergency services when needed.

You will perform remote checks, document incidents, and generate detailed reports, while ensuring clear communication in a fast-paced, security‑driven environment with ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of customer service, dispatch, or security experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of client locations.
• Respond to alarms with two-way audio/video communication.
• Coordinate with customers and emergency services as needed.
• Document interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
• Assist in de-escalation during incidents and trespass events.
• Answer inbound calls and resolve system-related inquiries.
• Maintain records in the system of record.
