Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to oversee security monitoring, live audio interactions, and rapid decision-making during critical events. You will manage alarm verification, video monitoring, and direct communication with monitored sites to prevent breaches.

You will handle escalations, coordinate with emergency services, and generate detailed incident reports while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer care. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Answer inbound calls and resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Monitor and respond to alarm signals, verify validity, and dispatch emergency services as needed.
• Document all interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
• Provide basic alarm support such as arming/disarming and resetting alarms.
• Manage live audio interactions to de-escalate incidents and ensure clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with Interface policies and training requirements.
