Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator for on-site operations in a fast-paced security monitoring center. This role manages real-time alarm verification, video monitoring, and live two-way audio interactions with monitored sites to prevent breaches and de-escalate incidents.

Responsibilities include incident coordination, clear communication with customers and emergency services, and thorough documentation of all actions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify alarms; respond to events; dispatch emergency services when required.
• Manage live audio interactions with individuals at monitored sites.
• Conduct live video verification of incidents and coordinate with customers and emergency personnel.
• Interact with customers to resolve inquiries and support security operations.
• Document interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
