Interface Systems seeks a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time responses during security events from our on-site operations center. You will handle live audio/video interactions, verify alarms, dispatch emergency services, and de-escalate incidents with authoritative communication.

The role emphasizes rapid decision-making, detailed documentation, and cross-level escalation in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Training is provided to support growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills for real-time interactions.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure security events.
• Experience in customer service, dispatch, or security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customer sites using two-way audio/video systems to intervene during incidents.
• Respond to alarms, verify validity, and dispatch emergency services as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and generate detailed incident reports.
• Manage live audio interactions to de-escalate situations and protect life safety.
