Job summary

EchoStar seeks a Field Resource Coordinator to rapidly adjust technician routes and scheduling, ensuring service excellence. You will manage real-time communications with field staff and external subcontractors to balance daily changes and escalations, driving top-tier customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, coordinate with technicians for same-day bookings, and adeptly juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Visa sponsorship not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Communicate in real time with In-Home Service Professionals about routing changes.
• Coordinate with technicians to accommodate same-day appointments.
• Track appointments' progress and report to field management.
• Refer and assign additional jobs to external subcontractors.
• Answer incoming customer calls and manage transfers appropriately.
• Remain adaptable to varying daily tasks requiring attention and accuracy.
