Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a full-time Resource Specialist to provide staffing support to a team of Client Managers, Project Managers, Staff Assessors and Partner Associates.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience coordinating schedules, managing changing priorities, communicating with field personnel or project teams, and handling demanding situations with professionalism and urgency.

Qualifications

• Previous office or administrative experience within the construction industry strongly preferred.
• Experience scheduling or coordinating personnel, field staff, inspectors, project managers, or subcontractors.
• Prior experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, construction operations, or project scheduling is a plus.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and staff projects nationwide based on client scope, timelines, location, and staffing needs
• Communicate with assessors, project managers, and partner associates through phone, email, and internal messaging systems
• Monitor and manage staff availability, workload, and scheduling conflicts
• Work closely with Project Managers and operations teams to meet critical deadlines and client expectations
• Assign projects in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
• Maintain accurate project tracking and scheduling records using Excel and internal databases
• Quickly respond to schedule changes, urgent requests, and last-minute adjustments
• Handle high-volume communication with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset
