Job summary

CertaSite is seeking a skilled scheduler to manage field crew activities and optimize daily workflows. The role requires coordinating with service managers, office staff, technicians and customers to ensure timely completion of work while handling emergency assignments when needed.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of field scheduling experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of direct field scheduling experience.
• Strong scheduling and coordination abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all field projects after coordination with internal/external departments.
• Ensure field crews have adequate work and report irregular performance to supervision.
• Monitor field productivity and other resource metrics for management reports.
• Manually allocate field activities, including travel time and equipment rentals.
• Make real-time adjustments to crew schedules due to resource changes or business conditions.
• Coordinate with operations and HR on tracking new hires for visibility and records.
• Coordinate with purchasing for job-specific materials.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
