Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking a dispatcher to handle a high-volume flow of incoming calls, coordinate with drivers, and respond to email inquiries while solving problems throughout the day. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor routes, relay instructions for pickups and drop-offs, investigate customer concerns, and help maintain safety and service standards. On-site work in Conshohocken, PA is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in dispatch, call center, customer service or hospitality.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to use multiple software programs simultaneously with many open tabs.
• Provide quick real time responses to requests.
• Excellent written and oral communication with interpersonal skills.
• Professional and energetic demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Transportation Management System (TMS) preferred.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers throughout their routes.
• Communicate specific instructions to drivers for pickups and drop-offs.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor traffic flow and send alerts as needed.
• Record incidents for vendor follow-up.
• Support Lost and Found processes.
• Ensure all tasks comply with policies, safety rules, and regulations.
