Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking a Dispatcher to handle a high-volume flow of incoming calls, coordinate with drivers, and respond to emails while solving problems throughout the day.

The role supports monitoring routes, issuing driver instructions, and resolving customer concerns in a fast-paced environment. Prior dispatch or call center experience is valued, with emphasis on accuracy and timely communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in dispatch, call center, customer service or hospitality.
• Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using multiple software programs simultaneously with various open tabs.
• Provide quick real time responses to requests.
• Excellent written and oral communication with interpersonal skills.
• Professional and energetic demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• TMS experience preferred but not required.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers throughout their routes.
• Communicate instructions to drivers in the field for passenger pickups/drop-offs.
• Assist with investigating and resolving customer concerns.
• Monitor traffic flow and send alerts as needed.
• Record incidents for vendor follow-up.
• Support Lost and Found processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Additional duties as assigned.
