Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking a Dispatcher to handle high-volume calls, coordinate with drivers, and manage email inquiries. You will solve problems, monitor routes, and ensure timely passenger pick-ups and drop-offs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in dispatch or related roles, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. The position involves on-site work in Naples, FL with comprehensive health benefits and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in dispatch, call center, customer service, or hospitality.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using multiple software programs with several open tabs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional and energetic demeanor in fast-paced environments.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers throughout their routes and relay instructions.
• Communicate specific pickup/drop-off instructions to drivers.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor traffic flow and issue alerts as needed.
• Record incidents for vendor follow-up.
• Support Lost and Found processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
