Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking a Dispatcher to handle high-volume calls, coordinate with drivers, and respond to email inquiries while solving problems throughout the day.

The role requires 3+ years in dispatch or related fields, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with TMS is a plus. Employment offers health benefits and a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in dispatch, call center, customer service or hospitality
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Experience using multiple software programs simultaneously with various open tabs
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Professional and energetic demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS) preferred but not required
• CDL preferred but not required
• Bilingual preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers throughout their routes
• Communicate instructions to drivers for passenger pickups/drop-offs
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns
• Monitor traffic flow and issue alerts as needed
• Record incidents for vendor follow-up
• Support Lost and Found process
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and government regulations
• Additional duties as assigned
