Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in dispatch, call center, customer service or hospitality
• Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience using multiple software programs simultaneously with many open tabs
• Provide quick real-time responses to requests
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and energetic demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• CDL preferred but not required
• Bilingual preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers throughout their routes
• Communicate instructions to drivers for pickups/drop-offs
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns
• Monitor traffic flow and send alerts as needed
• Record incidents for vendor follow-up
• Support Lost and Found process
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, environmental rules and regulations
• Additional duties may apply
