Qualified candidates have 1+ year in dispatch or related fields, are detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office; Transportation Management System experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in dispatch, call center, customer service or hospitality.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using multiple software programs concurrently with open tabs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers throughout their routes.
• Communicate instructions to drivers for pickups and drop-offs.
• Assist with investigating and resolving customer concerns.
• Monitor traffic flow and send alerts as needed.
• Record incidents for vendor follow-up.
• Support Lost and Found processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Additional duties may apply.
