Job summary

WeDriveU, a leader in shared mobility solutions, seeks a CSR/Dispatcher in Cupertino to handle high-volume calls, communications with drivers and email inquiries while solving problems throughout the day.

The role emphasizes real-time responses, strong organization, and professional communication in a fast-paced environment. CDL and TMS experience are a plus, with training provided on-site in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in dispatch, call center, customer service or hospitality.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using multiple software programs with many open tabs.
• Provide quick real time responses to requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• TMS experience is preferred but not required.
• CDL is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers during their routes.
• Communicate instructions to drivers for pickups and drop-offs.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor traffic flow and send alerts as needed.
• Record incidents for follow-up with vendors.
• Support Lost and Found processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety rules and regulations.
