Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher in California. The role is a full-time, permanent position offering $25.13/hour. You will handle high-volume calls, coordinate with drivers and respond to emails while solving problems quickly.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in dispatch, call center, customer service or hospitality, strong organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. CDL/TMS experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in dispatch, call center, customer service or hospitality
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Experience using multiple software programs simultaneously with various open tabs
• Excellent written and oral communication with interpersonal skills
• Energetic and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Transportation Management System (TMS) preferred but not required
• CDL preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers throughout their routes
• Communicate instructions to drivers regarding passenger pick-ups and drop-offs
• Assist with investigating and resolving customer concerns
• Monitor traffic flow and send out alerts as needed
• Record incidents for vendor follow-up
• Support Lost and Found process
• Ensure compliance with administrative policies, safety rules, and regulations
