Responsibilities

• Build, implement, maintain, and own systems for internal communications, team calendar, company social media presence, office management, client care systems, team retention and recognition including events and campaigns, onboarding systems for new agents, and referrals.
• Assist in creating and refining systems for other departments including customer service, lead generation, agent recruiting, and tracking.
• Create and maintain the team’s operations manual documenting all systems and standards.
• Oversee all contracts through closing and listing launch.
• Keep team leaders informed of problems and help develop solutions.
• Commit to weekly coaching sessions and trainings.
• Execute PLACE Operations onboarding and ongoing trainings.
