PLACE is seeking an Operations Manager to design, implement, and own all internal systems for superior client service and team efficiency. You will hire and lead staff, onboard agents, maintain data integrity, and drive productivity through structured processes.

You will oversee listing launches, coordinate with attorneys and brokers, and foster client relationships to generate referrals. A strong focus on documentation, compliance, and cost optimization completes the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in an operations role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Proven ability to improve existing systems and lead teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling, calendars, and office software.

Responsabilités

• Build, implement, maintain, and OWN all systems for delivering excellent internal and external customer service and communications.
• Hire and lead virtual support staff and in-house staff.
• Own the agent onboarding process, including trainings in person and virtually.
• Create and maintain systems for database integrity and accountability.
• Follow productivity rhythms to ensure agent productivity.
• Oversee listing launches and contract-to-close processes with a virtual assistant.
• Provide a world-class client experience via phone and email.
• Act as liaison between agents, clients, attorneys, escrow and brokers.
• Generate reviews and referrals from clients during/after transactions.
• Support recruiting and scheduling appointments for Team Operator.
• Plan client events to drive business referrals.
• Ensure team receipts are submitted to finance and look for expense reductions.
• Oversee state compliance and assist with basic accounting like processing commissions.
• Create and maintain the operations manual for the team.
• Keep leadership informed of challenges and propose solutions.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching and PLACE/Brivity trainings.
