CoStar Group is seeking an Account Executive in the United States to drive new business and expand a portfolio of commercial real estate clients. You will guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from discovery to renewal, while building strong relationships with brokers, owners and investors.

The role requires 3+ years of B2B outside sales, a bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Post-sale account management experience.

Aufgaben

• Sell new business and manage a growing client portfolio.
• Conduct product demonstrations and in-person meetings.
• Close, onboard, train, and renew clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Build relationships with brokers, owners, corporations, investors and other CRE professionals.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and nurture long‑term networks.
