Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and grow an existing client portfolio with the strength of CoStar’s real estate data and analytics. You will engage brokers, owners, corporations and CRE professionals, deliver product demonstrations, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to renewal, and build lasting relationships in a dynamic, high-reward environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Current and valid driver’s license; driving record check prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting the value of CoStar to the commercial real estate industry.
• Account management: grow and tailor solutions for client portfolios.
• Develop expertise in CoStar’s products and CRE market.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to renewal and onboarding.
• Conduct in-person meetings and product demos with brokers, owners, corporations, investors, and CRE professionals.
