Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and grow a portfolio in the commercial real estate sector. This consultative role emphasizes relationship-building, delivering product demonstrations, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle from prospecting to renewal.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of B2B outside sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record of meeting targets, with a valid driver's license and emphasis on client management post-sale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale activities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting CoStar products to CRE and related markets.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients with tailored solutions.
• Develop expertise in CoStar’s product suite for consultative selling.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, onboarding, training and renewals.
• Conduct in-person meetings and product demos for brokers, owners, corporations, investors, and CRE pros.
