Job summary

Project Kitty Hawk, Inc. is seeking a Re-Enrollment Manager to lead the re-enrollment initiatives, re-engaging paused students and guiding them back to partner institutions.

You will define outbound strategies, maintain partner playbooks, and hire and coach the team executing the plan. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, you will optimize outreach channels, monitor performance with data, collaborate with Marketing and Admissions, ensure FERPA compliance, and drive improvements to increase

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in higher education admissions or enrollment management.
• 2+ years leading teams of individual contributors.
• Experience with adult learners and multi-institution environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead re-enrollment team, define staffing and hiring.
• Own performance metrics and corrective action.
• Develop outbound engagement strategy and channel mix.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, Operations for campaigns and student experience.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance with FERPA/TCPA and reporting.
• Report progress with funnel metrics and qualitative insights.
