Job summary

Acceleration Academies seeks an Enrollment & Student Engagement Coordinator to drive field-based recruitment, manage enrollment pipelines, and support re-engagement for students in need. You will engage communities, visit apartment communities, family outreach, and on-campus support to ensure enrollment growth and improved attendance.

Typical responsibilities include prospect generation, lead follow-up, and collaboration with leadership to remove enrollment barriers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in enrollment, recruitment, admissions, or community outreach.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment growth targets and field recruitment.
• Conduct neighborhood canvassing and door-to-door outreach.
• Visit apartment communities and community centers to reach prospective students.
• Track outreach activity and enrollment metrics.
• Support attendance re-engagement with home visits when appropriate.
