Job summary

First Roles seeks an RCM Training and Quality Analyst to deliver back-end Revenue Cycle Management services, including billing, claims submission, and denials management for healthcare providers, while designing and implementing a structured training and QA program.

You will lead program rollout across the operations team, update SOPs, monitor payer guidelines, deliver onboarding and refresher training, and conduct in-depth quality reviews to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in backend revenue cycle operations (claims, denials, follow-up, credits, posting).
• 1+ year in training delivery, QA, or performance coaching.
• 2+ years hands-on Epic HB Resolute Billing.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into insights.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/healthcare/business.
• Willingness to travel about 10%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead program implementation across the operations team with new workflows.
• Maintain and refine training and QA materials reflecting SOPs and payer changes.
• Monitor payer guidelines and update SOPs and workflows.
• Deliver onboarding training for new staff on processing procedures.
• Design and deliver refresher training for tenured staff.
• Conduct in-depth quality reviews of staff accounts and claims.
• Provide structured feedback to staff and teams.
