Job summary

Deloitte seeks an RCM Training and Quality Analyst to deliver back-end revenue cycle services including billing, claims submission, A/R follow-up, denials management, and payment posting. You will design and implement training programs and QA processes for the client’s health-care operations.

You will lead program rollout, update materials to reflect payer changes, provide ongoing staff training, perform quality reviews, and coach staff to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in back end revenue cycle operations including claims, denials, follow-up, credits, payment posting.
• 1+ years of experience in training delivery, QA, or performance coaching within operations.
• Strong analytical skills translating quality and productivity data into insights.
• Clear, confident communicator capable of delivering feedback and leading training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead program implementation across operations, establishing workflows, cadence, and documentation standards.
• Maintain and refine training and QA materials reflecting SOPs and payer requirements.
• Monitor payer guidelines and incorporate into SOPs; educate production team on updates.
• Deliver training to staff and lead onboarding and refresher sessions.
• Conduct in-depth quality reviews of accounts and claims to measure SOP adherence; provide structured feedback.
• Track productivity and quality, identify root causes of issues, and implement interventions.
