Job summary

Deloitte seeks an RCM Training and Quality Analyst to deliver back-end RCM services for health care provider clients, including billing, submission, A/R follow-up, denials and payments, while contributing to program design and QA framework.

Experience with Epic HB Resolute Billing is required; strong analytical and leadership skills are essential for training delivery and staff coaching across teams. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of back end revenue cycle operations (claims, denials, follow-up, credits, payment posting).
• 1+ years of training delivery, QA, or performance coaching in operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/business/healthcare.
• Excellent analytical skills translating data into insights.
• Strong communication to deliver feedback and lead training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead program implementation across operations, establishing workflows, cadence and documentation standards.
• Maintain and refine training and QA materials reflecting SOPs and payer requirements.
• Monitor payer guidelines and update SOPs and workflows; educate production team.
• Deliver training, onboard new staff, and design refresher sessions.
• Conduct in-depth quality reviews of accounts and claims; provide structured feedback.
• Develop targeted staff education based on quality trends and skill gaps.
• Monitor productivity and performance, identify root causes and implement interventions.
