Job summary

EyeCare Partners LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for RCM QA, charge posting, and claims management across multiple practices. The role ensures QA standards, payer guideline compliance, and data-driven improvements in workflows.

You will supervise internal teams and offshore staff, audit submissions, and develop standard procedures while partnering with leadership to drive quality and efficiency in billing operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding workflows.
• Proficiency with billing platforms, clearinghouses, and EHR/PMS systems.
• Detail oriented with professional attitude and reliability.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to support leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise charge posting and claims readiness teams across internal and offshore resources.
• Review and audit claims submissions, edits, and rejections for quality and timeliness.
• Perform QA audits with 10–15% sample rate; log CPT/ICD-10 and payer issues.
• Track and report trends; provide monthly QA and performance summaries to leadership.
• Create dashboards with QA metrics using PowerBI and other tools.
• Coordinate training improvements and process gap identification with managers.
• Maintain updated QA SOPs and documentation; ensure HIPAA compliance.
