Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an RCM Training and Quality Analyst in a remote role, supporting back-end revenue cycle operations across healthcare clients. You will design and implement a comprehensive QA and training program, conduct quality reviews, and deliver targeted staff education to improve accuracy and productivity.

You will lead onboarding and ongoing training, monitor payer guidelines, and align SOPs with client requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in back end revenue cycle operations (claims, denials, follow-up, credits, payment posting).
• 1+ years in training delivery, QA, or performance coaching within an operations environment.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, healthcare, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Clear communicator able to lead training and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead program implementation across operations, establish workflows and documentation standards.
• Maintain and refine training and QA materials to reflect SOPs and payer requirements.
• Monitor payer guidelines to update SOPs and educate production teams.
• Deliver training, onboard new staff, and provide ongoing refresher sessions.
• Conduct in-depth quality reviews and deliver feedback to staff and teams.
• Track productivity against targets and develop interventions to improve performance.
