Job summary

Rcmbilling is seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily revenue cycle operations across billing, coding and A/R recovery teams. You will mentor a team of medical billers, distribute work, monitor denials and aging, and report on client KPIs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in US healthcare RCM with supervisory experience, deep knowledge of CMS rules and compliance, and a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in US healthcare revenue cycle management with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end RCM for multi-specialty clinics or physician groups.
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare billing regulations, CMS rules, and compliance standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of medical billers and A/R specialists.
• Distribute daily claim worklists and monitor clearinghouse scrub rejections, aging buckets, and cash collections.
• Conduct weekly operational audits, trend analysis, and root cause analysis for recurring payer denials.
• Track and report monthly client KPIs: Net Collection Ratio, Clean Claim Rate, Days in A/R.
