Assembly Health is seeking an experienced RCM professional in Oregon to lead client onboarding, implement revenue cycle workflows, and drive successful go-lives. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Coding, Credentialing, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless deployment.

You will guide timelines, document configurations, monitor KPIs, and communicate status to executives while maintaining HIPAA compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Experience implementing and onboarding new RCM clients from kickoff to go-live.
• Strong understanding of physician revenue cycle processes including registration, eligibility, charge capture, coding, and denials.
