Job summary

MedHQ is seeking an RCM Client Integration Specialist to coordinate onboarding and go-live activities for healthcare clients. You will liaise with client teams and internal departments to ensure timely, accurate implementation and smooth transition to ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities include managing onboarding timelines, coordinating cross-functional tasks, validating workflows, and supporting a structured post-go-live stabilization process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management or related field.
• Experience with multiple RCM functions: coding, billing, AR, denials, posting, or entry.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience working with clients or healthcare practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new RCM clients from post-contract to handoff.
• Develop client-specific implementation timelines, checklists, and trackers.
• Coordinate activities across RCM Operations, Coding, Billing, AR, IT, Data Analytics, Training, and Client Success.
• Establish milestones, owners, and due dates for implementations.
• Ensure client information, documentation, access, payer data, workflows, and reports are gathered.
• Coordinate testing, training, and workflow validation before go-live.
• Maintain visibility into readiness and report status to leadership.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Go-live readiness activities including mock go-live and readiness assessments.
• Monitor stabilization period and track workflows, issues, and performance.
• Prepare handoffs to Client Success Manager and RCM Operations.
