Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. seeks an Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to guide clients through end-to-end setup, configuration, and optimization of billing workflows.

The role focuses on remote delivery from designated states, coordinating with clearinghouses and payers, training client staff, and ensuring successful go-lives while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Experience with medical billing workflows: charge entry, submission, denial management, AR.
• Knowledge of clearinghouses, ERAs, eligibility and claim scrubbers.
• Ability to lead clients through complex financial and technical processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation for clients, coordinating all aspects.
• Configure the Raintree application for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze client billing operations, payer setups, and charge capture for optimal AR.
• Lead setup, testing of electronic claim submission, remittance advice, and EFT/EDI.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers on product use and reporting.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure milestones are met on time.
• Coordinate data conversion, interface, and clearinghouse timelines and expectations.
• Handoff to Client Support after successful implementation.
