Job summary

Assembly Health is seeking an experienced Implementation/Assembler to drive revenue cycle management projects for healthcare clients. You will lead client kickoff, manage timelines, and coordinate EDI and payer enrollment to ensure successful go-lives.

The role requires NextGen Enterprise experience, strong analytical skills, and a client‑facing mindset. A BS is preferred; comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare RCM and physician/professional billing.
• Ability to implement and onboard new RCM clients through go-live.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and payer billing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead kickoff calls and implementation meetings with clients.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and actions across multiple implementations.
• Coordinate enrollment, EDI setup, and payer/provider data configuration.
• Identify risks and gaps before go-live and document them clearly.
• Validate system configuration and conduct pre-go-live testing.
