Job summary

Shoreline Healthcare Technologies in the United States is seeking an experienced Account Manager to be the primary liaison for healthcare clients, overseeing end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations, including eligibility, coding, billing, A/R follow-up, and denial management.

You will maintain strong client relationships, monitor KPIs, drive service delivery excellence, and coordinate with offshore/onshore teams as needed to ensure timely, accurate results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field.
• 4+ years in RCM or healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. billing practices (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between the client and internal delivery teams.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to review performance, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
• Monitor RCM metrics and SLAs, and ensure timely reporting.
• Drive continuous process improvement and optimize workflow.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure timely delivery of services across EV/BV, Coding, Entry, Posting, A/R follow-up and Denial Management.
• Lead weekly/monthly performance review calls with clients.
• Manage and elevate client concerns to senior leadership as needed.
• Collaborate on new client onboarding, transitions, and training.
• Track and manage all client KPIs, reporting, and documentation.
• Support billing audits, special projects, and workflow customizations as needed.
