Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management. This fully remote role supports clients across designated US states, guiding setup and optimization of RCM, billing, and clearinghouse workflows.

You will oversee end-to-end implementation, configure modules for optimal clean claim rates, and train client billing teams while coordinating with payers and vendors to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations (charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, AR management).
• Solid understanding of clearinghouse operations and ERA/EDI workflows.
• Familiarity with therapy-specific billing requirements (PT/OT/ST) including Medicare Part B rules and modifiers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage implementation projects for new and existing clients.
• Configure Raintree application for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze client billing operations, payer setups, and charge capture to optimize claim rates and AR days.
• Lead setup, testing of electronic claim submission and remittance processing; ensure EDI/EFT readiness.
