Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant – Revenue Cycle Management to lead client onboarding for our RCM platform, focusing on billing operations, payer setups, and clean claim optimization.

This is a fully remote role, designated states eligible, with responsibilities spanning EDI, EFT, and testing of electronic claim submissions. You will train client billing teams, manage escalations, coordinate data conversions, and ensure milestones are met on time while collaborating

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management and medical billing software implementations.
• Understanding of payer setups, charge capture, and denial management.
• Familiarity with therapy-specific billing requirements (PT/OT/ST) and Medicare Part B rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure Raintree RCM module for optimal clean claim rates.
• Coordinate EDI/EFT and ERA connections and testing.
• Train client billing teams and manage escalations.
• Ensure milestones and timelines are met.
• Act as primary client contact during implementation.
