Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead revenue cycle management deployments for healthcare clients. You will configure the RCM module, optimize billing workflows, and manage end-to-end client onboarding from scheduling to go-live in a remote setting.

The role requires strong project management, payer setups, and knowledge of EDI/clearinghouse integrations, with a focus on delivering accurate claims data and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations.
• Knowledge of clearinghouse operations, electronic claim formats, ERAs, eligibility, and claim scrubbers.
• Experience coordinating client onboarding and training is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage all aspects of implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure Raintree RCM module for optimal clean claim rates and reduced days in AR.
• Lead setup of electronic claim submission, remittance, eligibility verification, and clearinghouse integrations.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers through key product milestones.
• Manage client escalations and ensure milestones are met on time.
• Coordinate data conversion, interface, and EDI/clearinghouse timelines and expectations.
