Soar Autism Center is seeking Behavior Technicians to help children ages 2–6 with autism through play-based ABA using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). This role offers paid RBT training and a clear path for credential maintenance, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy in our center, implementing plans created by Master’s‑level clinicians and sharing progress with families. Prior experience in childcare or similar settings is valued.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a clinical environment.
