Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking Behavior Technicians to support children aged 2–6 with autism through play-based ABA using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). This role offers hands-on experience in psychology and child development in a supportive clinical setting.

Applicants should be passionate about helping children grow; RBT training is provided, with opportunities for progression and professional development within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
