Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy for children ages 2–6 in our center, using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). This role supports hands-on experience in psychology and child development while making a meaningful impact.

Under Master’s-level supervision, you will implement individualized plans and share progress with families, bringing caregiving and education experience into a supportive clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (education requirement).
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a clinical environment.
