Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking Behavior Technicians to help children ages 2–6 with autism learn, communicate, and grow through play using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) ABA methodology. You will provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy, implement plans created by Master’s-level clinicians, and share progress with families in a supportive clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a clinical environment.
