Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 2-6, using ESDM-based play to foster communication and growth in a supportive center environment.

Ideal candidates bring childcare or caregiving experience; paid training is provided to obtain the RBT credential within 6 weeks, with a clear career progression path and a guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred enrollment or completion of a bachelor’s degree in child development, psychology, education or related field.
• Experience with children and caregiving is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Leverage childcare, daycare, or caregiving skills in a clinical environment.
