Job summary

Soar Autism Center is hiring Behavior Technicians to work with children aged 2–6 using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) within a center setting. The role focuses on delivering ABA through play and following plans created by licensed clinicians.

Training is provided to earn RBT certification, with a structured progression path including raises and promotions every 3 months as skills grow. Opportunity for long-term growth in behavior analysis and related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring childcare, caregiving, or related experience into a clinical setting.
