Job summary

Soar Autism Center is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children ages 2-6 using ABA based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). You will work one-on-one on play-based therapy and help children communicate and grow in a center setting.

We provide paid training to earn RBT certification, continue their professional development, and offer a clear progression path with raises every few months as skills grow. Join a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
