Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy for children aged 2–6 using the ESDM framework. The role supports masters-level clinicians and facilitates progress with families. It offers pathways to grow within the organization through structured advancement.

We provide paid training to earn RBT certification within 6 weeks and offer a clear progression plan with raises and promotions every few months as skills grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master's-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
