Soar Autism Center is seeking Behavior Technicians to help children ages 2–6 with autism learn, communicate, and grow through play. Our care is based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
