Job summary

Soar Autism Center seeks a Behavior Technician to work with children ages 2-6, delivering one-on-one ABA therapy in a center setting using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).

You will implement plans created by Master’s-level clinicians, share progress with families, and bring skills from childcare or education into a supportive clinical environment. Paid RBT training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master's-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
